Your info
stays yours.

We collect as little as possible: just enough to send the price alerts you ask for. No accounts, no passwords, no payment details. Here's all of it, in plain English.

What we collect

Only what you give us for alerts.

When you set a price alert, we save:

  • your email address,
  • the game you picked, and
  • the most you want to pay.

That's it. You can browse the whole site without giving us anything.

How we use it

To email you about that game. Period.

We use your email to confirm your alert and to tell you when the price for that game drops to your number. We don't send newsletters or marketing unless you sign up for them separately, and we never sell, rent or trade your email.

Who helps us

A few trusted services.

  • Supabase stores your alerts in a secure database.
  • Resend sends the alert emails.
  • Vercel hosts the site and, like any web host, keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.

They only process data to run those services for us.

Your browser

Cookies and storage.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers a list of the alerts you've set (so you can see them on the page) and whether you've already seen our intro animation. That stays on your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

When you click through to a ticket site, you're on their site, under their privacy policy. Ticket sites and affiliate networks may use cookies to know you came from us (see how we make money).

Your control

Stop alerts or delete everything.

Every alert email has a link to stop it. To have all of your data deleted, email partners@broadstreetseats.com from the address you used and we'll remove it.

The rest

Kids, changes and questions.

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Questions? Get in touch.
